Requirements
Individual Account
  1. Present (1) valid ID (Original and Photocopy) Government issued.
  2. Present proof of Billing or Barangay certificate
  3. Prepare the initial deposit of P5,000. 

    Please be advised that applications for checking account is subject to approval. Having at least a 6-months old deposit account with Porac Bank is plus.
Single Proprietorship
  1. Same as Individual Account
  2. Copy of Certificate of Registration with the DTI -(Updated every five (5) years)
  3. Business/ Mayors Permit- (Updated Annually) 
Partnership
    1. Same as Individual
    2. Articles of Incorporation/ Partnership/ Cooperation
    3. By-Laws
    4. Duly notarized Board Resolution designating Rural Bank of Porac (Inc.) and specifying the branch as its depository bank and their signatories
    5. SEC Registration
    6. List of Stockholders
    7. List of Board of Directors/Trustees
    8.General Information Sheet (updated annually) certified and sworn to by the Corporate Secretary, or by the President or any duly authorized Officer of the Corporation If no meeting was held, the Corporation shall submit the General Information Sheet together with an affidavit of non-holding of meeting certified and sworn to by the Corporate Secretary, or by the President or any duly authorized Officer of the Corporation
